nice Windows profile tool.

This tool helped me a bit in fixing broken windows profiles.. USed to be easier to fix manually in XP but you really need a tool in Windows 7 Check it out.. remember it for when you need it 🙂

Update..

so to let you know how this went for me, and why I had such recent need for this.. A update to security in samba recently broke trust relationships on the domain for every computer (all windows 7) that touches the domain, so in XP it was not as hard to fix, but in Windows 7 a little manual tweaking of ones profile insures it will never get fixed right again.. so having it not go so well once, lead me towards extra caution in repairing the profiles on all the other machines. With that being said, what worked for me  the easiest was after repairing the trust relationship.. add another domain account as admin on the machine that has never logged in, so I could manually, recursively set the permissions, and then use the reprofiler tool that is mentioned above  to set what directory the account is currently connected to..  Hope that helps someone.. as always your mileage may vary
